Chris is accredited to deliver Gazing Performance Systems, a performance methodology used by international blue chip companies & small businesses, Government agencies, HM Forces, Security services, schools & universities and elite & amateur sports teams.

He also coaches individuals, helping them through crucial decisions such as career changes. 

Background and experience:

Chris draws on over 20 years’ experience of teaching, sales, executive search, management, leadership, training and mentoring.

He brings a  wealth of practical experience of the corporate and education sectors.

Chris loves spending time in the great outdoors, especially with his wife, children and the family border terrier. He coaches football at Hampton School, rugby at London Irish ARFC & Middlesex RFU, and cricket at Hampton School, Thames Ditton CC & East Molesey CC. Chris still plays golf, cycles and climbs the occasional mountain.
